Welcome Parade and CCA experience for HaiNan's student
               Wake up at 6plus to prepare to go back Yuying cause today there are some HaiNan student visit, and the school wanted to show case the UGs by asking them to do a simple welcome parade and cca experiences for them. It had been something never squeeze bus with all the secondary school student early in the morning already. After the parade had to build switch side windows and all the campcraft stuff. SYOG 7th Training
  Today reported at marina float at 1030 for some training but had to wait outside cause we have not gotten our YOG security pass. Waited for Staff Ma to bring us in, had some training before lunch. Walk back to F1 pit for lunch break, the lunch was like not very nice. Collected our YOG pass too. As we had break till 6plus, so we all decided to go level2 to look for NDP contingent. Saw a few st john and npcc cadet from yuying. Had early dinner around 5 . Waited for the NDP contingent to end their city march and we gonna start our rehearsal haha. Belated Birthday Celebration
 Had unit training in the afternoon, went home to wash up and meet jeremy,daryl and yan chang for a belated birthday celebration. Went for dinner at central and chill after that, came back home around 12plus due to YOG training tomorrow need to report at 1030am at the float. HAPPY 19TH BIRTHDAY TO ME !!
          HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME !! Start off my birthday with a super early jog around maplewood park and came back to iron my uniform. Afternoon went yuying to train the combine UGs contingent for a welcome parade for some china school. Had dinner with my npcc friends of course after the dinner got some birthday celebration, and without fail my face will end up eating all those cake. Mother bought me a cake as well.   AREA 5 Jeremy Chua Ms Neo Tiffany Ching Na NPCC Supporting Contingent NCC Supporting Contingent  Truth or Dare people haha             Gina Hulbert Jack Kelvin Uncle Benedict Chrisitine Red Cross Of course not forgetting my GATE 3 ♥Reached singapore indoor stadium around 2plus, get change and went to the support contigent holding area. When I reached the holding area everybody was already in the SYF mood already cheering and chatting among all the 9 UGs. Had photo taking session with different UGs and of course took it with my beloved GATE 3 too=) Lucky got bring camera, some more is a new one first time using it. The parade start off around 6plus, went to gate 3 to form them up and send them off in. Went up to watch and taking photos too, saw Uncle Benedict there he was the over all in-charge of the mass display for this year SYF and took photo with him too. From the moment when all the contingent are marching in till the parade march off and past, I got this feeling of satisfaction after training them for 1month plus. SYFOC 2010 is a success and thanks for all the effort and hard work that the cadets and trainers had put in, all the training we have been through had pay off. SYF is officially over and what I can say is SYF 2010 is a success and good job to everybody. This parade had break the ice between all nine uniform group and as we united as one we put up a awesome show.Through this SYF I had learnt alots of thing and of course new friend, as promise our friendship will not come to an end but will be like the SYF theme song "FRIEND FOREVER"=) |
